The Dynachem (formerly Rohm & Haas, Morton) Conveyorized Vacuum Applicator model 725/PET, with the exclusive mylar belts conveyor, has been suitable for clean room operation designed and built to ensure complete elimination of air from the surfaces of a printed circuit panel as well as perfect encapsulation of the traces, at the same time maintaining complete cleanliness. The machine has been developed for the simultaneous application on both sides of the printed circuit panel of dry film, high-conformation dry film soldermask ConforMASK™ and conventional dry film soldermask or dielectric film, and copper foil for SBU technology. This unique machine ensures excellent lamination performance during high temperature and high pressure. It is suitable for in-line or stand-alone mode operation. The machine is provided with a data management system to supervise and statistically control the process parameters via a proprietary software.
