Description
Dry cleaning is carried out via transversal running brush filaments, which are always vertical orientated to the material surface. With a constant wiping force remaining particles are removed efficiently. Cleaning is supported by additional microhumidification of the brush filaments. Self-cleaning ofthe linear brush is carried out by a rotating squeegee, compressed air nozzles and exhaust of the particles. The equipment can be set up inline behind the edge cleaning and optionally connected with a single or multi-lane panel thickness measurement system.
