ASS Luippold is very proud to support Teltonika in setting up their brand new PCB production.

ASS Luippold is recognized as one of the leading suppliers of complete automation of PCB production lines. This is especially reflected in the fact that it has been selected as one of the main suppliers for Teltonika PCB Factory’s new fully automated production facility in Lithuania.

ASS Luippold will supply a Material Logistics System (MLS) that will enable the fully automated management and organization of up to 500 different inner layer materials.

The MLS will be directly connected to the pre-cleaning of the inner layer production line and will transfer the requested inner layers from the storage system to the process.

During the transfer, the materials pass through a testing station that checks the thickness of the base material and the copper layer thickness on each side.

If the measured values are matching to the material specification, a data matrix code is applied by laser in the subsequent station, which forms the basis for 100% product- and process tracking throughout the entire PCB manufacturing process. This automation solution enables customers to meet all technological requirements in the future.

ASS Luippold supplies in addition all transitions and links of production lines /processes.

For this purpose FIFO buffers are used to keep process-related holding times or to realize the adjustment of parameters for product changes.
