Description
The SMARTLAM 5200 Automatic Cut Sheet Laminator is a high-tech machine specially developed for laminating the complete range of materials. This unit is able to process very thin materials (below 50 microns) and large heavy plates up to 12.7 mm thick. The scissor cutting system allows the elimination of chips. In addition, the device is optionally preset to be supplemented by a DYNACHEM wet lamination module. The machine is made of stainless steel to meet the strictest requirements for a clean environment. The machine can also be used as a pre-tack laminator for inline vacuum processes connected to the DYNACHEM Conveyorized Vacuum applicator. For inline vacuum lamination, the laminator is equipped with a water cooling frame to keep the dry film temperature as low as possible during pre-lamination, as well as with HEPA filter and a “Patented” gripping system on the outlet conveyor for plate extraction.
