Description

Masslam and Pinlam Multilayer are fed to the Robocut inline or via angular cassettes, horizontal boxes or pallets. Alignment is carried out via high resolution CCD cameras. By a 6-axis robot the printed circuit boards are first aligned and after this transferred , the high-performance impact scissors to cut the edges. The waste is user-friendly collected in an integrated and movable waste container. On a vacuum table with different Vacuum zones for the various PCB formats the panel edges are bevelled and the corners are rounded. Optionally, for Pinlam applications, the registration holes can be milled free from the resin flow from above and below at a separate station. The production programs can be read in via barcode, QR code, drill code or order lists.
